Postponing my brain transplant
Ok so I did it. I went to the foot doctor. They called me back which is awesome because you know how I hate to call people. Now I have to get orthotics for my shoes. Which I guess are super expensive but lucky my inusrance covers them. Well all but 300 dollars of them, which makes me really start to love my whole flexable spending account. I'm sure I should be soooo excited about the FSA since it still really my money anyways, but when I don't see the money first it doesn't seem to bother me as much. Since I also waited till after April 1st so I actually have money in the FSA again. I'm not really excited about having to actually wear the orthotics though, because we have to wait and see if they actually work. I do have a bone spur already on my left foot which rocks. Though its not actually the bone spur thats causes the pain. I don't know though the Dr. said my shoes where ok and that I should wear shoes not go bare foot, which works out well because not wearing shoes hurts my feet. As long as I wear the orthotics it doesn't seem to matter what kind of shoes I wear. Keeping in mind that I've pretty much gave up on the idea of wearing heels ever. This does kind of suck since I have some really cute shoes. I guess I will just have to buy more cute shoes. Not right now though since i'm trying to be good about my spending habits, and I already had to spend a ton of money on the stupid appointment and the down payment on the orthotics. Oh well hopefully I'll this will work and all will be ok, because I really don't wish to find a new line of work.
